This website is operated by Sierra Pacific Pools LLC. Its forms let you request a callback, a quote, or submit an SMS preference. Submitting a form does not finalize a booking, service agreement, or purchase. The price calculator provides an estimate; final service and pricing details are confirmed separately after review of your pool and requested work.
Provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the forms to submit spam or unlawful content. These website terms do not replace any separately agreed pool service terms.
Sierra Pacific Pools LLC SMS Terms
Program: Sierra Pacific Pools LLC Service & Account Texts. If you opt in, the program covers informational messages about quotes, appointments, pool service updates, invoices, and your account. This consent does not cover promotional or marketing campaigns.
Optional, separate consent
To request texts, actively select the SMS checkbox on a website form and submit it with your mobile number. The checkbox is not selected by default. Entering a phone number, requesting a quote, purchasing service, or accepting these terms alone does not give SMS consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can call or email us and request service without subscribing to texts.
Only submit a number you own or are authorized to use, and notify us if you give up that number. Our SMS preference page provides the same optional consent choice separately from a quote request.
Frequency and costs
Messages may recur while you participate in the program. Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, service schedule, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider about those charges.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to a text from our messaging number to opt out of the program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further program texts should be sent unless you provide fresh consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing pool service arrangement.

Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts for urgent or emergency assistance.
