Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Sierra Pacific Pools LLC website and its informational text messaging program. It explains the information requested by our website forms, the services involved in delivering the site and forms, and your choices about texts.

Information you choose to provide

The callback form asks for your name, phone number, and ZIP code. The quote form also asks for your email address, property address, requested service, and any details you choose to include. If you attach a calculator estimate to your request, the form includes that estimate. The SMS preference form asks for your name and mobile number.

Each phone-number form offers a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. Your submission includes that checkbox choice, the form source, and the consent version. When JavaScript is available, it also includes the displayed consent wording and the date and time reported by your browser. A phone number submitted without an affirmative checkbox choice is not SMS consent.

How this information is used

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange a callback or quote, and communicate about the service you request. SMS consent information is used to document your messaging preference. Service texts are limited to the program described in our SMS Terms, and require your separate opt-in.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We will not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.

This restriction does not prevent processing by service providers that help handle your form submission or deliver the texts you requested. Messaging providers and telecommunications carriers process the phone number and message content needed for delivery. Your consent is specific to Sierra Pacific Pools LLC; it does not authorize marketing texts from other businesses.

Website and form services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Website forms submit to Formspree, which processes the submitted information. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, styling from the Tailwind CSS CDN, icons from unpkg, and some images from Unsplash. Loading these resources connects your browser to those services and exposes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to them.

The website code does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting and other third-party services may process technical logs or use their own cookies under their policies. See Vercel's privacy policy, Formspree's privacy policy, and Google's privacy policy for their practices.

Your choices

You can request a callback or quote without agreeing to texts. To stop service texts, reply STOP to a message from our messaging number. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact information below. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel your pool service.

Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention of information you submitted. We will address your request as applicable to the information we hold and our legal obligations. Please do not include bank account details, payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in website forms or texts.

Policy updates

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. A policy update does not turn a previously submitted phone number into SMS consent.
